Become a Crew Member of Amazing Asia
Do you love bubble tea, kimchi, or manga? And would you like to lend a hand? As a volunteer at our Asian festival, you'll help out while diving into the colorful world of the Far East. Whether you enjoy welcoming guests, handing out flyers, scanning tickets, or serving bubble tea at the bar — there's something for everyone.
We work with a fun and friendly crew where everyone supports one another.
No experience? No problem! You’ll learn along the way — and who knows, you might even discover a hidden talent (or a new favorite snack 🍜).
What kind of roles can I take on as a volunteer?
What you'll do exactly? That depends on your preferences! You might be:✓ Helping with setting up or dismantling the event
✓ Scanning or selling tickets at the entrance
✓ Handing out drink tokens at the token booth
✓ Distributing magazines or program booklets to visitors
✓ Checking access wristbands
✓ Serving bubble tea, Singha beer or other drinks at the bar
✓ Keeping an eye on our Kids Temple
✓ Assisting with smooth and safe parking operations
✓ … and many other fun tasks!

The minimum age to join our crew is 18 years. You’ll be working in a friendly and supportive environment.
We offer different shifts so you can join us flexibly. When you sign up, you can indicate which role(s) you prefer, and we’ll send you a shift proposal based on your availability and preferences.
No experience needed! It’s always a bonus if you have some, but it’s absolutely not required. You’ll get a short briefing before you start, and if anything’s unclear, just ask! We work as one team — there’s always someone to help you out.
You will be registered as a volunteer. In return, you’ll receive various perks like a crew T-shirt, free meals and drinks, and a small compensation.
